David James

David can be described as an old-school arborist, a long-term trainer and a utility arborist guru. Since day one, he’s been in the company, teaching people about vegetation control, general arboriculture, horticulture and viticultural subjects. And with 38+ years in the industry, including running his own tree care company, he knows a thing or two about these subjects. On top of that, he’s got several education certificates to demonstrate his knowledge.

Davis is one of those people who seems to have more hours in their day than the rest of us, and the team considers themselves lucky to have him. He brings a solution-focused attitude to his role at Thoughtplanters, and he finds it rewarding to improve people’s knowledge and skills. On his time off, he enjoys playing volleyball, tramping and drinking good wine.
