Delores Joseph

Delores has been part of the Thoughtplanters team since 2017, operating as the General Manager. She brings 21 years of experience in the New Zealand Education sector, with roles such as Human Resource Manager, NZQA Contractor, Administrator and Computer Tutor. 

With an open-minded attitude and a flexible outlook, Delores thrives at finding solutions to difficult situations. No task is too small or too big for her to tackle. Delores believes in owning up to your mistakes, learning from them and moving on. One of her mottos is “Respect for self, respect for others, responsibility for your actions.” 

She enjoys working with a fun and down-to-earth team at Thoughtplanters, where there’s also a high level of trust and a flexible environment. A bonus is that she gets to learn more about the Horticulture and Arboriculture industry. Outside of work, she spends most of her time with her family, exploring and travelling to new places in New Zealand and overseas.
